The campaign initially involved bannering at The Circle Group job sites. Though the owners of The Circle Group strongly disagree with the union's position, they respect the union member's rights to make their opinions known. But then the union crossed the line. They picketed a day care center, scaring children. They harassed neighbors. They engaged in identity theft. If you believe in justice, fair play, and ethical behavior, here's the chance for your voice to be heard. We urge you and Jimmy Gibbs, your "director of special projects," to STOP shameful practices such as stealing the identity of the 74-year-old Jerry Marchelletta Sr. via an "ordained minister" scam. We urge you to STOP shameful practices such as the harassment of the neighbors of Jerry Marchelletta Sr. and Jerry Marchelletta Jr. in Alpharetta, Georgia. We urge you to STOP shameful practices such as sending harassing, juvenile emails to the owners and employees of The Circle Group. We urge you to BEGIN to recognize that there are some citizens of Georgia who expect union members to act with maturity and composure. End your despicable tactics.
