Right-to-Work States Lead in Job Growth
According to data from the U. S. Department of Labor, states with right-to-work laws on the books, such as Georgia, have posted consistently greater private-sector job growth than states which permit the termination of workers who refuse to pay dues or fees to a union they do not want. Between 1997 and 2007, private-sector jobs in Right to Work states increased by a net 17.7%.
